Sell and rent back scheme
Due to continued growth since 2001, Quick and Easy House Sales have become the market leaders in the cash property sale market. At this point, we would like to thank our current Tenants who opted for the sell and rent back scheme - Our thanks for being great tenants.
Our offices have grown massively in this time, and we are now working at over 100% capacity. Because of this consistent sustained growth, we regret to inform anybody visiting this page that we are unable to offer the sell to rent back scheme. We are simply too busy to to take on any further properties under this scheme.
However, we will definitely be able to help if you are in need of a quick sale. We are still buying properties in a 'cash sale' scenario.
We ARE STILL buying homes and houses. We are still offering a quick sale, however, we cannot couple this with the rentback solution.
If you still would like to see just what your property is worth in a quick cash sale, feel free to contact us, however, we will not offer the sale with a rent back.
Do not be disheartened, we can arrange a move date for you, so you can find alternative property for you and your family. Whether you need a week, a month, six weeks, or two months, to search for a suitable new home, we can accommodate by not having the sale finalised until that date.
