Q. How long after we contact you will you make an offer for our property?
A. We will revert to you with our “Trade” offer within 48 hours of you contacting us.
Q. Do I have to have HIPS?
A. No, HIP's are no longer a legal requirement of a house sale. However, the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is. We cover the cost of this and can even book the consultant for you.
Q. How much will it cost me?
A. We do not charge any fees. You will not pay any estate agents fees, valuation fees or legal fees. We cover your reasonable legalities.
Q. When do I have to vacate my property?
A. We no longer offer the sell and rent back scheme, however, we can agree a final sale date that is mutually convenient to both parties, hopefully giving you time to find a new home.
Q. Do I need a Solicitor?
A. Yes, but remember we will pay the fees.
Q. Do you buy all types of property?
A. Yes we buy all traditional residential and commercial properties throughout England Scotland and Wales. We also buy tenanted properties and land with or without planning permission.
Q. I have a problem. My property is in poor condition and requires total modernisation. Can you still help me?
A. Yes! House sales can be arranged for properties which require modernisation and refurbishment.
Q. What will happen if I accept your offer and then decide not to proceed?
A. No problem! We understand that your circumstances may change. Our offer remains open for 30 days.
Q. What if there is a Section 20 property notice on my house?
A. We buy properties with section 20 notice's in place. Whether it is just for a paint job, or if it is something major like a new roof, or elevator refurbishment.
