Q. How long after we contact you will you make an offer for our property?

A. We will revert to you with our “Trade” offer within 48 hours of you contacting us.

Q. Do I have to have a HIPS?

A. Part of the terms of HIPS, is that any private sale WILL NOT require a HIPS or Home Information Pack. Your sale to us is a private sale, so selling to us means we do not require, nor do you need to provide HIPS.

Q. How much will it cost me?

A. We do not charge any fees. You will not pay any Agents Fees Valuation Fees or Legal Fees whether you use our solicitors or your own.

Q. When do I have to vacate my property?

A. You decide on your own time scale. We are fully flexible. And don’t forget about our Sell and Rent Scheme which is available to all sellers who wish to remain in their homes after the sale.

Q. Do I need a Solicitor?

A. Yes, but remember we will pay the fees.

Q. Do you buy all types of property?

A. Yes we buy all traditional residential and commercial properties throughout England Scotland and Wales. We also buy tenanted properties and land with or without planning permission.

Q. I have a problem. My property is in poor condition and requires total modernisation. Can you still help me?

A. Yes! House sales can be arranged for properties which require modernisation and refurbishment.

Q. What will happen if I accept your offer and then decide not to proceed?

A. No problem! We understand that your circumstances may change. Our offer remains open for 30 days.

1st August 2007: All 4 and above bedroomed houses now need a hips report to be advertised for sale.

10th September 2007: Three bed roomed houses follow suit. Get a hips free quick sale from us as it is a private sale.
