Avoiding Property Auctions

Property auctions are not the best solution if you are need to sell your property quickly.

There are several reasons why you should avoid property auctions:

• You will have to advise several weeks in advance if you want your property to be included in the auction.
• Your property may not reach its reserve price, and so may remain unsold on the day.
• Long 28 days wait for sale completion.
